A money tracker built for how people in Mexico actually pay: several bank accounts, credit cards with closing and due dates, and interest-free installments. Everything lives on the phone, with an optional cloud that reads bank statements with Claude.

Owners and staff scan the customer’s QR, type the purchase amount and tap once: points and the day’s stamp are added together. The same team runs rewards, pickup orders, appointments, menus, branches and the look of their wallet card.

Radio reinvented: a 24/7 human-curated station.

ROVR is an “anti-algorithm” radio: shows programmed by named curators, a replay archive, mood streams, editorial and a vinyl shop. I built their content-management dashboard from scratch and co-led the Next.js rebuild of the public website and player.
